There are several types of mycoplasma infection

Mycoplasma hominis infection: mainly causes trachoma, and the clinical manifestations include chills, fever, conjunctival injection, purulent discharge, dacryocystitis, conjunctivitis, etc. The antibiotic of choice is azithromycin tablets, but drugs such as doxycycline hydrochloride tablets and ofloxacin eye drops can also be used as prescribed.
