The symptoms are different, in the early stage of prostate cancer, the prostate is mainly enlarged and compresses the urethra, so there will be symptoms of difficulty in urination, laborious urination, and pain and bleeding may occur in the later stage. However, bladder cancer does not cause pressure on the urethra, and there is generally no difficulty in urination or labored urination, and bladder cancer bleeding is relatively early, and painless gross hematuria can occur very early.

3. The pathological types are different, bladder cancer is mostly urothelial carcinoma, which has homology with ureteral and renal pelvis tumors, and the bladder can occur in various parts of the urinary tract, even if it is necessary to undergo intravesical chemotherapy to prevent recurrence after surgical resection. Prostate cancer is a kind of adenocarcinoma, which occurs in the acinar cells of the prostate and generally does not cause tumors to develop in the urothelium, so prostate cancer rarely has tumor metastasis in the bladder, ureter, and renal pelvis.
