我试过其他灯丝 (PLA) 和更高的温度 (190-240)。我还清洁了喷嘴。

您在切片机中的细丝直径没问题,所以这很有可能是由不同的原因引起的:

  • 热蠕变,或
  • 挤出机的机械问题;例如,平头螺钉松动,挤出机滚筒上的张力太小等或
  • 线轴上的大量摩擦也会导致这种情况,或者
  • 您的喷嘴部分堵塞,需要彻底清洁喷嘴组件。

您要查找的搜索词是“挤压下”。

我检查了塑料线轴,剩下的灯丝不多了。也许这就是原因?我用新塑料尝试了一个未拆封的角色:效果更好。我有办法“清洁”灯丝吗?也许是尘土飞扬或陈旧?
@Jonas 对于 2.85 毫米灯丝,这可能是一个问题,对于 1.75 毫米通常不是问题。但是展开的直径越小,挤出机需要拉得越高以转动线轴。可能是摩擦太大。我已经打印了数公里的灯丝,但从未遇到过灰尘问题。 Thingiverse.com 上到处都是清洁工,但我对这些东西持怀疑态度。偶尔清洁挤出机可能不是一个坏主意,我经常这样做。
可能是靠近锭子的细丝卷曲导致通过输送管产生摩擦 - 特别是如果新线轴没有这个问题,这就是你改变的全部。
