我不知道你计划中的物体是什么样的,但看起来你的挤出机停止很好地推动细丝。当我使用低质量灯丝进行大量回缩时,我也有类似的效果。事实上,细丝太软了,当它被压到滚齿滑轮/螺栓上时,它变平了,然后停止流动。因此,如果您的情况类似,您可以检查以下内容:

  • 弹簧张力
  • 滚花
  • 灯丝直径

还值得检查滚齿滑轮是否拧紧在电机轴上。

如果滚花不够锋利,它们可以在灯丝上滑动或报废灯丝,也可能是由于回缩过快造成的。

当您再次注意到这一点时,停止打印过程,失去弹簧并从热端拉出灯丝并检查其形状。

如果它是在过去几年中制造的,则它具有内衬 PTFE 的热端。检查 PTFE 衬里的状况将是一个很好的故障排除步骤。如果它被烧焦/降解,就会导致这种情况。检查挤出机弹簧臂张力是另一个好方法。
